Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Registration Fees
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Cancellation Schedule
• More than 60 days before the event: 100% refund, less a 10% administrative levy.
• 31 to 60 days before the event: 50% refund.
• 30 days or fewer before the event: No refund is available as costs for catering and materials will have already been incurred.
3.3 Substitution Policy
If a registered delegate cannot attend, a colleague may be substituted at no additional cost. Notification of substitution must be sent in writing to the Secretariat at least 7 working days prior to the conference commencement.
3.4 Force Majeure
Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government-mandated lockdowns, civil unrest, or “Acts of God”), the organisers will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rata refund may be issued at the discretion of the Organising Committee, after deducting non-recoverable costs.
